Right expectations lead to awesome experiences in every aspect of Life.

This goes the same with freediving, we have to set our expectations towards something that is uplifting yet still realistic in real-life experience.

You can expect to learn the basics of freediving, including breathing techniques, equalization, rescue techniques, and safety procedures.

You’ll also learn about the physiology and physics of freediving, and how to identify and manage any potential risks.

You will learn all of it in a minimum of 3 sessions, separately and one skill at a time.

The first session is a theory session & the first practice session. You will learn the foundation knowledge and do some basic skills.

Don’t worry if you are still confused or awkward at the first session.

Ask our instructor everything you need to understand and take some homework that you can practice at home.

The 2nd session is more about deepening the knowledge and building muscle memory.

Spend your time more in practicing the flow of each technique and repeat until you get less wrong execution.

The 3rd session is about exams and testing all your knowledge.

Don’t take this session too seriously, and just imagine you are trying to learn again all the techniques and get more understanding of the knowledge.

Now, even though there are only 3 Sessions in the course, you can train and exercise with our master freediver on any other day.

You don’t have to go straight 3 sessions consecutively.

Actually, it is recommended to schedule your 3rd session after 3-4 separate training sessions.

Especially, if you still find difficulties in these areas:

  • Equalization
  • Duck Dive
  • Finning

We usually find those 3 are the most challenging to learn for beginners.

So, don’t rush and take your time to master all the techniques.

In our school, we promote a Mastery Climate which means every member & student is allowed to progress at his/her own pace.
